South Prairie’s Azjiah Trader signs with Minot State volleyball

MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) – The Class B Volleyball Senior Athlete of the Year is staying local. South Prairie-Max’s Azjiah Trader signed with Minot State Volleyball.
She spoke about what Signing Day means to her and looked back on her favorite memories as a Royal.
“It just means a lot for me. You know, I’m really grateful for all the people I have that helped me reach and achieve this. So it’s just very exciting that I get to spend this moment with all my friends and family. Getting to regionals, getting to state, and with all the amazing girls and the coaching that I had. Just all the amazing memories of in the hotel room, on the bus, and actually at State and getting to the championship game even though we didn’t win. We didn’t win but we still had fun and we made South Prairie history,” said Azjiah Trader.
Azjiah also plays basketball for the No. 1-ranked and undefeated Royals and competes in track & field.
