Five games in the 13th round of the 2024-25 Japanese Women’s Handball League H were held across Japan on the 8th.
The top-ranked first and second-ranked teams maintained their rankings by winning, and the bottom-ranked ninth to 11th-ranked teams remained in the position, widening the gap between the mid-ranked and the middle-ranked teams.
Kumamoto Beaustpindys and The Terrace Hotels Latida Ryukyu each won and rose two spots.
Kumamoto Beaustpindys, who was in fifth place, beat the Izumi Maple Reds Hiroshima 31-25 to advance to third place. It scored 17 points, trailing second-place Honey Bee Ishikawa by one point. As a result, there is a one-point difference between the second and fifth places, and fierce competition for the ranking has been made.
After a close game with Kagawa Bank GiraSol Kagawa, Hokku Honey Bee Ishikawa won 29-28 to keep the runner-up spot. Kirasol Kagawa fell from sixth to seventh.
The Terrace Hotels Latida Ryukyu, who was ranked 8th, beat Osaka Ravitz 30-19 to move to 6th place. The 6th to 8th places continued their close game by one point.
HC Nagoya remained in eighth place with one point in the 26-26 draw with the Hida Takayama Black Bulls Gifu.
Blue Sakuya Kagoshima held on to his lead with a 27-23 victory over the Triple violet iris.
